Hello, I guess you tried to find out what prevents you from withdrawing. May I know what you found out, please? Did the casino say they are not going to pay you for some reason?

every time the answer is "please contact the finance department", but the finance department does not respond to my emails.

Oh, so it is the typical "no real answer situation." I'm quite surprised they asked the customer to get in touch with finance directly. In most cases, chat works as a sort of bulwark because finance has little time to respond to every withdrawal-related question they get.

Honestly, I can't say whether it is a good or a negative sign. In any case, without further details, I see no way out.

Is there an estimation for withdrawal times? It's been 2 days and I'm still waiting. I get the typical answers from chat agents, like ''be patient, i left notes to the financial department'' etc

Hello, I don't think I would stick to any timeframes. The casino should at least be able to estimate when you should receive your withdrawal, but it may depend on several factors, so I believe that sometimes they don't want to promise such things to players. 

In any case, two days is not a disaster at all, and I would also recommend what they recommended to you, which is to be patient. 

We give casinos 14 days to send the money to the player, so if nothing happens by then, you can contact us and we will try to assist you.

I'll wait, I'm just saying according to their terms, it takes max 2-3 days. So if they claim that, any other timeframe should be illegal. I'm talking about all casinos

I understand what you're saying, which is why I wouldn't give a timeframe as a casino if they can't meet it.

On the other hand, the casino may send the money within three days, but the player may not receive it within three days due to, for example, the chosen payment method or if the casino uses a third-party payment provider, etc.
