Hi everyone,


I’ve already opened an official complaint on Casino Guru regarding Winstler Casino. I had completed the KYC process and submitted withdrawal requests, but the casino suddenly closed my account and withheld my winnings of €19,000.


In their first email, they claimed my account was closed due to a breach of their Terms and Conditions. In a second email, they said they had identified "certain discrepancies" and therefore decided to close my account. In both cases, they told me that they will refund my deposits and keep my winnings.


The winnings were only through live blackjack and i didn't receive any bonus.


I have also contacted Anjouan Gaming by email about this issue and I’m still waiting for a response.


I would really appreciate any advice or experiences from other members who may have faced a similar issue.

Unfortunately, as of now the casino hasn't replied to your complaint at all, and we are unable to learn more about all this. Hopefully they will reply soon because otherwise their safety index will go down.

Surely let us know whenever you have any answer from the licensing authority, please.

Unfortunately, Winstler Casino didn't replied to my complaint at all. I also contacted their licensing authority, Anjouan Gaming, but they have completely ignored my emails as well. This lack of response from both the casino and the regulator shows zero transparency and no respect for players.


If nothing changes soon, I will continue posting detailed reviews about this.Players deserve to know the truth about how Winstler and Anjouan Gaming are treating legitimate complaints.

We would like to be able to do more every time such a situation happens, believe me. Unfortunately, though, we are unable to do much except for informing everyone about all the practices of such sites and giving them the lowest score possible so players can avoid depositing there.

Please avoid such casinos as much as possible in the future.

I can see. Just please be cautious about what information you post on the forum.

For example, it is really not safe to post any screenshots with your email visible because we had many cases where scammers tried to contact our users pretending it was us and tried to get money from them.
