I'm sorry, but to me it seems that despite you and the other guy seeing the posts translated to preferred languages, you do not understand each other. If I may try to help, the way I see it, this pr4kin is trying to say that you won't get paid.
No one has ever said you're an agent. 🙂 He just said that the bilt-in agents—who are not real persons—can't lie, BUT the withdrawal "only" says completed, but the other guy is convinced you won't get the money anyway, despite that the system and "chat bot" say completed.
the almost same goes for the PattyMakk, I'd say. The only thing he was interested in seeing was whether you actually got paid because he also has an active balance, and he tried to decide whether it makes sense to deposit in order to get the balance withdrawn. It is wonderful that you are so cautious, but in my personal opinion, you got it all wrong.
The way I see it, one was trying to help you understand it's a scam, and the second one wanted to believe it is not - if you show you got paid.

I registered for the first time using my computer. I played a little and lost up to $600, then made a deposit and withdrew it. The second time, I used my phone and won $2,000. I made another deposit, but they started having some doubts and said they needed to investigate. I waited for a while, logged in later, and managed to withdraw the money. I dont think I will be able to trick them again. Easiest $2600 of my life
