The real owner behind this operation is Genefix FZCO in Dubai. Those entities in Comoros and Stellar Ltd are only front companies used as a cover, without real responsibility. A criminal complaint has already been filed against Genefix FZCO with the Dubai Prosecutor’s Office. This is the actual company standing behind Wazamba and several other similar brands.

Please stop posting repetitive ownership claims in unrelated complaint threads. If you do not even read what is being discussed, your posts become a burden instead of a contribution.

You already have been active in many other threads but are just spoiling the commuication. Use your own thread for this topic. If you continue ignoring the actual context and flooding other cases, your posts will be removed.

No authority will support a claim based on possible winnings lost due to an unawarded free bonus. It has nothing to do with the owner. 🙁

You already told us that you reported the casino to the licensing authority; there is nothing else you can actually do aside from submitting a complaint with us. Police won't help you with the casino situation. But as I tried to explain to you: Such situation won't be very likely resolved at all. Licensing authorities do not support bonus claims, which is the primary key point, as far as I can tell.

So, please stop posting the same posts over the forum, reflect on why you already said you did and if you want, submit a complaint here:https://casino.guru/complaints/create

My personal opinion is that the case will be dismissed, but for your sake I hope I'm wrong.

Well, simply because it is not a crime. I believe you think you are correct, but in reality, you are not. Sadly, your overall understanding of the industry or casino rules is poor. Under such circumstances, I believe it would be wise to stick only with the casino license in your country because at least the support will use the same language as you, and perhaps that will eventually help you stay away from wrong assumptions.

I also believe you should not play in any casino if you have to ask such questions over and over again.

Hello, that is why I advised you to only play in casinos that are licensed in your country. Not all casinos, particularly those licensed offshore, have a separate license in Hungary. You should do some research before registering. Websites like ours provide the necessary information; simply read and learn. 🙏

To be honest, I'm not surprised you didn't agree with the VIP manager if you communicated with them in the same way you did here.. You have little knowledge of the casino in particular, and you are talking about authorities.

Since the complaint was unsuccessful, I fear that the licensing authority remains the only viable option. We've already talked about it too.
