IF YOU TRY TO WITHDRAW AND ITS NOT 5 TIMES THE AMOUNT, IT WILL INFORM YOU OF HOW MUCH YOU NEED TO WIN...WHICH WE DID.

Hi, I'm sorry about what happened to you at this casino. I see that you took the bonus and managed to complete everything you needed to and still didn't get your money. Also, there was no reply from the casino as to why this is the case, which I think is not right. 

Anyway, could you please give me a link to this casino, because I have not found any such as you write in our database. So it's XO Wallets casino, yes ? How long has the situation been going on about you not being able to withdraw money ?

Two different amounts that they didn't pay out. roughly $30 and $80.


We bought the bonus, made the amount over 5 times as specified, and it wouldn't let us withdraw until an amount was matched, calculated by the casino, and once we had reached it,


This has been going on since the 24th of October.


There is simply no way to communicate with anyone... All attempts lead around in circles.

Thanks for the link, I gave it to our team and they will take a look at the casino and do a review. We give casinos 14 days to resolve a withdrawal request, so if nothing changes within that time, then I would recommend filing a complaint here at this link: https://casino.guru/complaints/all

Since we don't have the casino in our database, when filing a complaint you need to select "I don't know the casino" and then describe your problem. 

However, I am sorry that the casino does not answer and you can not find out anything because it would be useful for us as well.
