Hello, this is frankly quite unusual situation. I asked Juraj about his suggestion. It's really unfortunate anyway. Did you try to reset the password? Have you linked your backup phone number or secondary email address, please? It is a great way to ensure a smart account recovery.

Just in case you were not able to access the email, I secured a solution for you. Kindly send an email containing the full email address you lost access to and send it with an explanation to juraj@casino.guru, please. Upon receiving, Juraj will forward it to the Pragmatic Play representative.
