I think the "shadow" betfair (Orbit exchange) allows everyone, contact a broker like AsianConnect or BetInAsia and ask them if you can register, if so, just complete KYC and you have access to several bookies and Orbit exchange from the same platform. I never had problems with none of the brokers mentioned.

I can't help much to be honest, all I can do is recommend operators that gave me no troubles so far. For casino gambling I would recommend Stake, Stake is high-roller friendly and withdrawals are instant if your account is verified to at least level 2.
For sports betting I would recommend Betfair, if you can't register in Betfair (exclusively their exchange, not their sportsbook) then give a betting broker a try (the ones I mentioned before), they will give you access to Orbit Exchange (Betfair), I think they accept nearly everyone except bettors from the US and UK (allegedly)

There is no visible site for guests to browse Orbit (site is not functional if you are not logged in), once you register on any broker you then will have access to Orbit (your agent should clarify any doubt you got). But if you want to know how it looks like, it's exactly like Betfair. This might be too much work but it's the only way to access an exchange with Betfair's liquidity if you can't register in Betfair itself
