Creo que la intención del casino es aprovecharse de los jugadores con este tipo de problemas, no encuentro otra explicación. Creo que sería muy sencillo para ellos bloquear una cuenta ( o simplemente los depósitos) y sin embargo no lo hace pese a mostrarme realmente desesperado

Well, if the chat is just a chat worker and the associated team is not working I guess there is not much else to say. 🙁 However, I see the total absence of any kind of responsible tools as a giant disadvantage.

Do you mind submitting a complaint regarding the failed self-exclusion request? I think it is worth a try.

In any case, if you have someone close available, I recommend asking that person to change your casino password as well as the associated email password. Try anything to block the access. Can you ask someone?

Después haber apostado más de 200 euros, te suelen dar premios por valor de 20.... Esto no pasa sólo una vez.... es demasiado seguido. Si juegas, ya se que en el 80% vas a perder, pero depositar para nada te hace, además, muy aburrido el juego.

Hello, I understand it looks like the account was closed to avoid payout. From my experiences, even decent casinos close accounts like this when the whole account activity needs to be investigated in order to proceed with the withdrawal request. I know how it probably sounds, and I agree that lack of explanation made one suspect the worst.

Can you kindly double-check your email for any note from the casino? I would personally be hesitant too, though. Did you see its review? It's not very reassuring. 🙁

So from last Thursday i have booked withdrawal on 4500 euros. Since then they asked me only to confirm my birthday through email which i did. So no contact since then and withdrawal is still pending.
