Hey, when did you win the tournament and how long are you waiting for a response from the casino ? I think if you won fair and square then you should get your prize. I know sometimes it can take longer, but be sure to let me know where you stand in the whole situation so we know if you need help, unless the casino is not communicating with you and ignoring you.
