Hi simplyme, tell me, do you have another casino where you like to play that is trustworthy? I think I've been to all the casinos where you've given your reviews and I agree with you 100%. I can't find a casino at the moment where I can play with a clear conscience. I used to be with Betitall; they had a really good run at the end of 2023. However, even after some big wins, things slowed down considerably, and they started cheating. So I closed my account there. I've also been to seven casinos, but they're also really bad; as you rightly wrote, it's kind of inevitable. And the worst thing about them is that they only credit a portion of the winnings from free spins to the player's account. For example, with Pragmatic Play, I won €37.24, but they only paid me €20, arguing that a maximum of two euros is paid out for each spin won in a bonus round, which I obviously consider utterly ridiculous. So it would be nice if you could answer this and maybe name one or two casinos where you can still play with a clear conscience and where you know that you will get the money if you win something and the RTP value is good.

Und der Oberhammer ist bei denen, dass die nur einen Teil des Gewinns aus Freispiel auf dem Spieler Konto gutschreiben als Beispiel Pragmatic play da habe ich 37.24 € gewonnen und die haben mir aber nur 20 € ausgezahlt mit der Begründung, dass pro Spin den man in einer Bonusrunde gewinnt ein Maximalbetrag von zwei Euro ausgezahlt wird, was ich natürlich als total schwachsinnig erachte. Also es wäre schön wenn du vielleicht hier drauf antworten könntest und mir vielleicht ein oder zwei Casinos nennen könntest, wo du mittlerweile noch guten Gewissen spielen kannst und wo man auch weiss, dass man das Geld bekommt falls man was gewinnt und der RTP Wert gut ist.

The management keeps Excel spreadsheets for this - as soon as you're in the black it's over. Essentially, it's a very simple system that these casinos and their operators use to rip off gambling addicts. And who's to blame? Of course, the provider. I'm repeatedly told in chat that the provider sets the RTP. That may well be true, but I can't imagine a casino letting a provider dictate the payout percentage.
