How can you mix funds if nothing is played and no winnings are generated?

I had winnings from a match coupon in withdrawal and while the withdrawals were pending I used my monthly appreciation chip completed the playthrough and was at $400 the exact amount of the max cash out. I assume this was no longer an active bonus at this point this $400 is winnings.

I received an email from the casino that I had exceeded my weekly limit to request for withdrawal so I needed to cancel a withdrawal and wait 7 more days to request the withdrawal. So I cancelled a withdrawal as instructed. Now they claim that by reversing my withdrawal winnings on top of my $400 balance Which is also my winnings I mixed funds and am no longer eligible for any of my winnings. Again no games were played no additional winnings were generated. The only thing that occurred was my winnings from one pot were combined with my winnings from another pot.

First of all, which casino is this? This is the very first time I see a case like this, if the wagering requirements for the bonus were already completed then these funds become real balance, I suppose the pending withdrawal you canceled was also a real balance, if this was the case I don't really see where the mixing is, it's real money + real money, and even if there was wagering left to do to turn the bonus into real money, the new funds coming from the canceled withdrawal shouldn't affect the bonus at all as most casinos clearly separate your bonus balance and real balance, so I'm not really sure how the "mixing" happened at all or even if it's a thing because this is the very first time I hear of this

Roof top spins. I even asked them to remove the $400 winnings from the appreciation chip. It’s possible I may have unintentionally broken a rule by using that chip while I had a withdrawal. So I am fine with them taking those winnings. However they have now sent emails saying that the cancelled withdrawal , which they said had to be cancelled because too much was pending for that week, along with the money that has been sitting pending is likely going to be all taken from me for mixing funds. NOTHING has been played on any winnings that got combined. It’s literally as simple as them saying we are taking the $400 back. But now they want to take all my winnings. This is insane

And yes that is exactly what I thought!!! This is my money combined with my own money!!

so does this mean that winnings from two different bonuses combined in 1 withdrawal request would give the casino the right to steal all of it? I think I’m done with these places.

Again since my first withdrawal was $6000 I was begging them in the chat to please just get rid of the $400 winnings from the chip to avoid confusion and the refused. There is a limit as to how much you can put in pending withdrawal so it’s just stuck on my balance with no place to go

In some casinos, the bonus ends with a successful withdrawal only. I'm quite convinced this might be the reason for this "confusion". From my perspective, such a solution is merely a trap. If the same platform allows you to take another bonus, how could you possibly know you were not allowed to take it, I wonder!

If I'm correct and you fall victim to stupid or predatory rules, the suggested complaint is indeed very good advice.

Even though it seems we have not yet reviewed this casino, you may still create a complaint against it. Just select the option "I don't know the casino" and put the URL into the description, please.

I found a similar complaint created by you against SlotsandCasino,

have you encountered the same issue twice?

They have paid the first withdrawal waiting to see how they handle the amount they claimed was mixed. It’s still pending

Well, that's at least a bit reassuring I would say. Could you then add this information to Petronella's complaint, so that she knows that your case has moved on a bit ?

I'm very curious how the casino will handle the mixed funds issue, so if you have any news, please let us know. Would that be possible ?

Whoa!!! The best news to learn on Saturday! 🙂

Congratulations! Do you plan to stay with them, now that you know it works somehow? 😉
