Heads up to all players, you can see my complaint about this group.


Used to be Fairgame, now trading under Ardens. Ran Vesper casino once upon a time, started claiming they had processed payments, money never received by players they then vanished.


They then popped up with new casinos and never paid the players they screwed.


Volt slot and a few more from this group are now following the same old pattern. Telling players skrill withdrawal and crypto withdrawals & bank transfers have been processed from their side, but refuse to provide any proof of payment or transaction hashtags.


Complaints now popping up on here and askgamblers.


I know reps from CG will play this down, as they have done to other players (scatter, zolo, zix etc etc). But history is a good indication of future and this group have done this before.


Stay away, despit the reviews on CG.

If players look at my complaint and others popping up on Askgamblers and on here now they have said this for every withdrawal. Among other lies, 'It's with skrill we cannot do anything' etc etc etc.


The casino is also not engaging on complaints on here anymore and seems to have stopped on askgamblers.


This group, has done this before.

I understand you are certain it is the casios wrongdoing and I am in no position to tell you otherwise. If the skrill can provide evidence that there is no delay on their side, I bet it speaks quite loud.

Skrill have confirmed, again, they have had no contact from Volt (Arsden) and no funds have been received.


I have also sent this thread and my complaint threat to VOLT who are now ignoring it.

I hope that the casino will reply soon to your complaint and that everything will be explained.

If they say that the payment has been processed, they should surely provide the evidence of it to your complaint resolver.

I used a different email and received the same error. The email is not currently in use....Never a good sign...

I hope that Matej will be able to reach out to them because, as I can see, they do not reply at all.

We'll keep an eye on this and will wait for any news.
