Hello all,


I wanted to give players a heads up. I have had a dreadful experience and seen many many people with the same online.


Dublinbet (despite having verified my account and processing withdrawals). Have attempted the theft of 1200 euros, claiming I had forged a bank statement (which they had already verified earlier in the year) as the IBAN didn't exist... Ignoring the fact that the account had been closed for a month as I had migrated to another bank. Also ignoring the fact I had never used my bank on their site, only cryptocurrency.


A little digging online and I found (on this site also) they have done similair and when CG didn't agree with their reasons simply stopped responding.


It's theft, illegal and abuse of players.

Hopefully. But I've looked over past complaints here from players and when your staff have not agreed with them they stop responding. They also have awful reviews online. I should have looked more before siging up.

Unfortunately, you raised a valid point; it appears that on at least four occasions, the casino disagreed with our views on players' complaints, and those complaints were ignored.

However, I still hope for positive news.

Therefore, another good point: look for those details whenever you choose to avoid such sites.

Better to stay in green, I'd say. But for now, I'll keep my fingers crossed; one never knows!

Thanks. Hopefully the complaints team helps. But I certainly would appreciate some kind of warning stating 'X amount of complaints casino disagreed with our decision and did not pay players'. I would have never signed up if I saw that.

Do you know what the hardest part is right now? To point out that the information has always been there, perhaps not the way you described, but still quite fitting, I'd say.

I'm also not saying this to appear smart, and please don't get me wrong. I simply want players to know where to look for such important information.
