My girlfriend won 700 dollars on this app and had done a weird redemption and had no issue after. I hit it big with 23000 and every time i try to redeem it is returned after a few days. I havent even gotten an option to verify my account yet. Am i going to have to get legal help on this? Does anyone know how to for sure get a hold of them?

Hi, I'm sorry you're having trouble withdrawing your money. I have a few questions. Did you ask the casino what to do in this situation when you get the error message you showed me in the screenshot? 

You also say that your friend won and managed to withdraw her money. Are you playing on one device or one IP address? How long has this whole situation been going on where you can't withdraw your money?

We use separate devices. Their live support is all ai and its impossible to get a hold of a real person

Great, and you play on the same IP address? Usually, casinos only allow one account per household, otherwise it can cause problems.

As for communication, have you tried emailing support?

Yes, I didnt see anything in the terms about household. I have emailed them twice bevause I keep seeing different emails posted.
