Hi everyone,

Yesterday i placed some bets on Utah United - CISA.

I played 2 bets:

Utah United handicap -2.5 LOST

Both team to score NO WON

There site showed up 2-1 and i thought a lost all my bets so i was done with gambling and closed my account because i was playing to much the last month.

Now i see it was not 2-1 because the goal was declined so i won my bet. i checked my account and the money is not there.

I tried to contact the live chat but they need to have a betID and screenshot of the game to check it. I can only provide a betID because my account is closed and i cant go to the sportssection anymore. They say that they can't help me with this.

What can i do about this?

Unfortunately, we won't be able to help you out with this situation as we don't deal with sports betting. We don't have any department here, you know. 🤷‍♀️

The reply was that they can't open my account again so i can't make a screenshot of the bet. So it will really help if they only open my account so i can take a screenshot and then im able to put it on the livechat of them. I don't know how to solve this.
