It's been near 6 months since I've had my new bitstarz account. Due to not having my old phone number for password recovery to my email address to reset the the password for my old bitstarz account. I have already mentioned it to bitstarz and they approved even verified me on my new bitstarz account. I had no issue with withdrawals and such for up to 6 months. Up until today on the 02/05/2023. When I won aboht a total of 10k plus on slots and tried to withdrawal my funds. They declined my withdrawals and stole my winnings. Saying due to having multiple accounts. I have spent a d loss thousands of dollars on bitstarz only to get my winnings taken away from me when. I won big. I felt robbed, and disrespect in the worst ways. They deny knowing anything as far as me opening a new account and my rights by abusing their authority.. if that was the situation the. Why did bitstarz aprroved my new account and even verified me so I can deposi and notet me withdrawal? I feel cheated and robbed because they stole my winnings. I asked multiple time for them to do right by me and they seem not not even. My rights have been violete I need help

Yes although bitstarz. Closed my account I managed to screen shot my history of withdrawal and my recent winnings. And even downloaded the transcript when chatting with bitstarz chat. So that part is all taken care of. I have my betting winning history, deposit and withdrawal history screenshot saved.
