If it takes that long, I would go ahead and file a complaint on our website. 

In any case, I see that you are not sending them anything. What document are we talking about? Has the casino said anything to you about the whole situation? 

You sent a screenshot where I can see that it says you have to wager your deposits in order to withdraw money. Have you managed to do that?
