Hello, I’m writing to you with a very sad topic. As you can see by the thread neonix casino closed my account after I withdrew the winning and of course took all of the money

it’s been going on for three months and they can’t even answer my emails. I’m truly baffled by this situation. I just want to warn everyone to not play there.

the screenshots down below portray the situation but just so you know if you go to the T&C of the site the sections they specified are reaaaaally broad and just nonsense basically just look at the dates on those emails. Pathetic company.filefilefilefilefile

Hi, I was expecting to find out from the emails what happened, but it was all written only in generalities, so we don't know the reason basically. I also noticed that you say that you are not aware of any wrongdoing on your part, so it was a good move to file a complaint and we will see what our team finds out.

You mentioned that you played with the bonus, isn't there something in the points that the casino mentioned something about them ? 

Hopefully this will be resolved fairly.

Unfortunately I didn’t read about nothing that I could’ve done wrongly. I’ve never went over the max bet, played only slots, not on vpn. I just think they didn’t want me to cashout which is super sad especially considering that it isn’t a small amount for me since I’m a student still.

I had an idea at the bonus of restricted games if something like that could not be in conflict. I have also looked at the actual points 8.2 and 8.3, but nothing specific is written there. 

So I'd say it's a good thing you registered a complaint and hopefully the casino will answer it. 

Anyway, according to the safety index it was not the best choice and next time I would probably save myself to deposit in such a casino. Did you see it too ? 

Anyway, I hope it can be sorted out.

Of course, it was a bad idea in the hinesight but I didn’t know back then. This situation made me lose all interest in gambling. Maybe it’s a good thing 😔
