Withdrew 23rd July 6 days later still kept getting declined for documents after various emails and live chat they finally aproved my verification the same ones they declined. Still not withdrawal. It’s been 7 days they have self excluded my account. Don’t respond to emails anymore and can’t use live chat!!! Such a stressful process!
I'm wondering, how did they manage to self-exclude your account? The self-exclusion is there for players so they can self-exclude if they want to.
They can do it them selves after I was on live chat asking for a time frame and talking to them he believed I should self exclude and locked me out of my account there and then, however I would like to say they have now processed my withdrawal Thankyou
