You can also file a complaint here, even though the casino is not yet published on our website. Our team will surely do everything possible to help.

What is the exact reason for this delay, though?

In case you'd like to submit your complaint, please follow this link, and when choosing a casino, just press the option "casino not on the list."

Alternatively, you can submit your complaint to any online casino from the list and explain in the text to which it actually belongs.

You can file all the complaints you want. They are not located in the United States therefore they know what they're doing is not legal here. They're not even supposed to operate at all in the United States but they do because they're getting rich out of robbing us all and no one can do anything about it because they aren't a US business. They don't care about our laws and unfortunately like many of us, you'll never see that money. Now they've begun paying out $25 of whatever amount over 100 you win while having utilized even just one free spin.

This way you cannot even dispute it with your bank because as mine stated.. "You accepted the $25, so you cannot dispute it now." I didn't "accept" anything. I put in a redemption request far greater than $25. They approved that request but then only sent the 25. Not like I had any control or say in that portion of events.

They know what they're doing. And they're good at it obviously because there are nothing but horrific reviews of this site all over online yet people go fall victim all day every day there.

Your Attorney General can't do anything either. No one can. There is a reason these companies disguise themselves as if they are based in the United States. Same bs when they claim they have "fair play" and so on and so forth.

Complaints, arbitration, all useless. The only way we win is if all these large gaming platforms stop accepting payment from these scam casinos to give them fake good reviews. And for people to stop playing on their platform.

The Attorney General in my state sent out cease and desist letters calling them an illegal gambling site hiding behind sweepstakes rules. The notice told them and 14 other sites all known for their deceptive behaviors and practices to stop operations in our state immediately or else.

They didn't stop and nothing ever happened. Same as numerous other attorney general's from other states. Mostly they're all just mad because all these sites really are illegal gambling operations and that's money they're not getting to tax. They don't really care much beyond that. No one has even publicly touched on the fact that Jackpot Rabbit is openly and blatantly robbing players. Plenty of us can tell you that even if you spend real money. It don't matter how much, you will have 100% dead spins until that money is gone. The day on your free spin you'll win a good amount. Approx $20-50 dollars. From that they will only give you 10% because just like that ridiculous 5.7 rule. They also have a rule stating anything you win off the actual free spin, more than $2 - they will cap.

So they steal from you at the free spin. Then if you somehow manage to play that tiny amount into a redeemable amount, regardless if it's the minimum $100 or thousands like original poster... YOU'RE ONLY GOING TO GET $25 AND THEY ARE KEEPING THE REST. The amount they steal from you counts towards nothing. They can steal hundreds or thousands from you today, and if you win off a free spin tomorrow they don't care there taking all that too.

They interrupt your game play to shove these free spins down your throat and harass you day and night reminding you that tomorrow's chances increase as long as you log in today and everyday..... Just to then use that same reasoning to keep all your winnings.

The only reason they can CLAIM to be a sweepstakes casino, which then allows them to duck gambling laws and regulations, is because of their lies claiming you don't have to spend real money to play. It's "free to play" so by giving you that free spin makes them a sweepstakes

Yet if they then turn right away and steal it back from you, how are they a sweepstakes????

P.S. The owner and operator of Jackpot Rabbit is UTech Solutions LLC.

UTech Solutions LLC also owns and operates Scarlett Sands Casino, SweepShark, Mr.Goodwin, VegasWay, and Playtana and probably more. And all of these sites will and are doing the same exact things.

Casino Guru.... Don't talk about it BE ABOUT IT cuz I've yet to see one platform pass up on getting paid to not speak against these scammers.

SweepKings, Ballislife, Next.io, Casino.org, SweepChaser, and about 200 more sites all gives these sites good reviews and praise them for make believe nonsense. They all also include these sites every month when they post a new article of all the "new" casinos. Knowing they've all been around for a long time. Why? Because money that's why. They get paid to sponsor those bs reviews. So since you offered. Let's see you be the first to call this scam casino out publicly. BET YOU A DOLLAR YOU WON'T THOUGH.

I am sorry to hear about your bad experience at this casino. We do not list sweepstakes casinos due to regulations, but from what I have seen, they have an average safety index. I cannot say that they are scams, but they are definitely not highly rated.

However, based on what you are saying, it is quite sad, especially regarding withdrawals.

So I would say that even this kind of action or post can help other players to be careful.

The truth is, however, that we have no way of stopping these casinos or any others. We provide information about them based on our reviews and player experiences. But it is not in our power to shut them down or anything like that.
