Why did they do Skype verification for me? This is suspicious, isn't it? I do not agree with the decision of the casino and do not understand what it is connected with.

That's strange. They'll probably claim that you weren't the person who played in the casino and that's what they verified during the Skype all. Anyway, they should have a recording of the call so they should be able to prove that you answered their questions wrong. If not, then they should provide another evidence. You should probably submit a complaint so we can try to connect with the casino.
