I suggest you wait a bit, the first verification can be time-consuming. The casino needs to check every detail to proceed to withdrawal.

I only started using the company on Friday. The worrying thing for me was it seemed to only happen when I was winning. I will give them a bit more time and hopefully it will get resolved without escalation. I’ve never been blocked by a bookmaker site before so found it very odd.
