Hello, I need to contact a casino Guru agent who can assist me in accessing old complaints that I don’t have access to view. If possible I need the documentation I submitted when I filed the complaint , and the complaint itself. I no longer have access to the email to which those correspondences took place, and for some reason was unable to recover that account. This information is vital to a legal case that needs this information to assist me in retaking my losses and unpaid winnings. If an advocate can reach out to me I would greatly appreciate it .
