Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated, as this has been a horrible experience.


I requested a $3K withdrawal from BetOnUSA a month ago. They advertise their Bitcoin processing time to be 3-5 Days, and their Terms and Conditions say money must be sent within 7 days to the player. There is no reason this should be held up; I've sent them all the paperwork they requested when I first requested withdrawal. I reach out multiple times a day at this point, and just get the runaround, or standard responses (i.e Our Processor has not given us an update yet). I am in desperate need to receive these funds. Any plan of action that anyone would suggest? Other books I have played at get me the money within a day or two. Thanks so much.

Hi I didn't find this casino in our system could you please share the url? When you sent them the documents, were you also successfully verified or not yet? I see they keep giving you the same answer but if they don't have an update they obviously have nothing to tell you.

But waiting a month would be too much for me. I don't know if anything can be done but I would definitely try to file a complaint on these links if it was sports betting as I feel it is.

Thank you. The website is Betonusa.ag and I believe they are owned by Oddsmaker.


Yes they have confirmed they received the documents and now just say the withdrawal is in line to be processed by the processor. They say they continue to check in with the processor but do not have an update from them yet. The money was won through the casino mainly.

Great, our team will do a review since I handed them the casino. 

I noticed that you say you won mainly at the casino, so if your money doesn't come in within the 14 days we give casinos to resolve it, you can file a complaint with us and we'll try to look into it. 

So we'll see what happens next and if you hear anything, let me know.
