I am player from Estonia and I have some problems with www.bet2u.com website. I used this site few years ago and I also made some withdrawals then and everything went fine. Lately I used this site again and last month I made withdrawal (500 euros) via mastercard. They said that withdrawal via skrill/mastercard takes 3-5 working days, but it took almost two weeks and then they sent me an email that due to certain techinal issues, my withdrawal request to a card cannot be processed and they asked if I can accept the withdrawal via Skrill. I accepted and after 30 minutes they made a payment.


After that I made a new deposit (100€) and I won some bets and made 1000€ withdrawal. I made it via Skrill and they told that withdrawal via skrill takes about 15-60 minutes. However, about 10 days later they just sent me an email that additional verification via Skype is needed. They asked my Skype ID, but 6 days later nobody has even contacted me via Skype and also my withdrawal request has been rejected and I can not make a new one, website just says "invalydpaymentsystem" no matter which payment method I use.


I made withdrawal (1000€) on 26.04 and 05.05 they said that additional verification is needed, but still nobody has contacted me. I have sent several emails, but nobody has answered. Also I have contacted with live chat several times, but they only say "Your query has been responded to relevant department and you shall be contacted via Skype as soon as possible".


I have not used any bonuses or smth, I have used only this money I have deposited. I have used only sport betting.

Hi, first of all, it's necessary to say that issues with withdrawals to Mastercard are pretty common. It can even happen with a card that you used many times for a withdrawal.

The problem is they asked you for the verification, but don't react anymore. The reason can be very simple - they have only a very limited amount of people who would be able to do the verification call so you might simply be in a queue. You may try to contact them every 2 days to remind them about your verification call.

I hope so, just make sure you contact them every few days and also make sure you don't cancel the withdrawal and lose the money. They might use the delay tactic when they hope you'll actually do it.

They are scammer big time , I had a pending withdrawal of 309$ with them for the past 3 month they did not pay me , I'm tired of sending mail to them.
