Complaint Pending - Everything Alright?

I submitted a complaint and added some more documents when it was requested, but the documents seem to be edited out. I assume this is because I asked my personal information (which were recognizable in the screenshots) to be blanked out, or is there something missing?

Hello. I can assume that that is the case, if you have asked not to show your personal information. Whenever our complaint team will see, that there is something wrong, or they need some additional information from you, they will surely let you know. You don't need to be worry, at all.
