I have been scammed by the online Casino Venetian. There is no way to contact the site as none of the contact methods/details provided actually work. Does anyone know if/how it's possible to recover monies owed by this sort of scam/rogue site?

I sent this as an email to Dosh Fever, Spin Sorcery, fish bear Studios, and Robust Victor Inc. It's laid out in compliance with their terms. They have a Hong Kong address . I have not received a response. Please help! I don't know where or who else to turn to.

This will serve as an official complaint against Dosh Fever, Spin Sorcery, FISH Bear Studios Ltd, and Robust Victor Inc.(Appointed Payment Administration Agent).  


This is in regards to the non-payment of a redemption request on 10/29/2024 in the amount of $640.00. Customer service has been minimal at best and has ceased completely on 11/01/2024! My winnings were acknowledged by the online casino as well as awarded on the "leaders board" for coming in #14 that week. The award was 4 SC which was credited to my account, but still to this day, no payment of $640.00. I had tried to contact someone tirelessly by email every day to no avail and no response. This long of negligent and non existent business is unacceptable and needs to be rectified and paid immediately, as it has already been almost 2 months! 


My id has been sent in and verified. My verification process is complete and my banking credentials/PayPal account has been sent in for prompt payment and yet the redemption still reads "processing".  


I will not stop pressing for fair gaming until this is paid or prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. It has become apparent that you have done this to others before me and now we will come together and file suit for damages. We've been ignored for far too long. This is not how you conduct business in America! And, especially not how you treat your fellow American! I expect a response within 10 calendar days per part 18.4 of your terms of service.

I had an issue with a site that wouldnt allow redemptions. Called my bank and charged it all back with screen shots as proof.

Seriously??!! Never crossed my mind that would work. What bank if you don't mind and what screenshots did you send them?

Unfortunately, as I can see, our complaint team was not able to help in this case, as we handle only real casino-related issues, not any apps or social casinos.

We believe that they are not very safe, and it is always better to play in some trusted casinos.

Oh, I'm sorry to see this is actually not a standard casino. I would not jump that quickly into suggesting the complaint process. My fault...

Well, that's the problem with social casinos, I'd say. The way I understand the concept, it is a best choice to overcome regulated markets, but when the problem comes, players have no authority to turn to for help.

Im with Chase, and the screen shot was from an error with the verification, along with the websites poor reviews and others mentioning fraud.
