So, at this point I have no reason to believe this pretend casino will ever be legit. It's the nightmare they are for anyone that plays there. I have just under $400 in winnings that Ruby Slots is playing the stalling game on withdraw. Get this, this cheap, unlicensed bunch of thieves has prevented me from playing at all by setting every game to load...but not open. For 8 days straight now, I can log in select a game and it stalls 100% Can't get any response to email. It's at that point where they want the traditional $10 Bitcoin deposit from me which they will gladly take, leaving me unable to cash out for some ridiculous reason. Rubyslots.com im having the worst time ever with withdrawal from this sick company they have given me a runaround for over a week constantly pushing for all my bank info they took my money through E-transfer they should be able to give my money back same way it is the worst site ive ever dealt with ive literally spent hours on the phone trying with them just flipping around with there stall tactics im asuming hoping i will give up i was told you could possibly helpfile

After runaround after runaround and hoop after hoop they i guess have accepted that they owe me $481.81US but they now want me to use wire transfer which takes for ever and costs me money

When they have E-transfer for deposit so how the hell can they not be able to pay my money to me in that fashion like what reputable casino cant do etransfer its 2025 and it is definitely not safe giving bank info and etransfer only needs RBC and my email [email protected] so much easier its not right if you could help that would be amazing even though its not much especially at this time of year
