Uploading documents to a complaint that is pending

So I opened a complaint here regarding a delayed

payment, it was responded to and I was asked to wait a bit longer before they would completely look in to it and the status of the complaint is pending. I have further screenshots with the casino now, is there any way to update the pending complaint with these?

Hi, yes you can send those screenshots to the complaint and tell Nick that you have a development in your case.

Also, could you briefly describe why your withdrawal is delayed and what is actually happening? 🙂
