From the casino's perspective, you have no account there, but your girlfriend has. Why didn't you register under your own name?

If you already have an account there, I'm afraid they'll void the winnings and ban your account for "multiple accounts" reason. That's what most of casinos would do at least 😕

I have a number of problems regarding a withdrawal from MadSlots casino. They’ve requested so many documents with a new request every time I’ve contacted them. It is now come to the point that in order to withdraw I need to provide an ID document. During conversations I’ve explained that both my passport and drivers licence has expired and what alternative options are available, for example, National insurance no , letter from local authority, letter from HMRC or Gov.uk, all of which they are not prepared to accept. The cost of renewing my passport or drivers licence is one that I cannot make. Can I do anything in this situation ?

Hello. I do not mean to be rude, but did you check what documents are mentioned in the rules? I would start there. If you play in a casino without having these two documents ready, you should have checked the rules or asked the chat in advance to avoid this situation completely. 🙏

I agree the casino should do everything to verify you without unnecessary hassle, on the other hand, some procedures are sticky given by the license.
