I am filing a complaint against Ybets casino regarding the handling of my KYC verification and withheld funds. I initiated KYC verification on [date] and have promptly submitted every requested document within hours of receiving their requests. Despite my cooperation, the casino takes up to a week to respond each time, and instead of providing all requirements at once, they continue asking for new documents one by one. It even took them a full week just to confirm they had "received" my latest documents. This pattern of delay appears designed to prevent timely withdrawal.


I have repeatedly asked for a clear timeframe and for all outstanding requirements to be listed at once, but the casino refuses to provide either. As of today ([X days/weeks since submission]), my KYC verification remains incomplete and I cannot withdraw my balance. I can provide screenshots of chats and emails as evidence of the delays and repeated "escalations" without progress.


What concerns me even more is that the casino displays a "Trusted by CasinoGuru" logo in their footer, which gives players the impression that they are endorsed or recommended by CasinoGuru. Considering the issues I and many other players are experiencing with withheld balances, I believe this is misleading and unfair to players. I respectfully request CasinoGuru’s assistance to: Ensure that all outstanding KYC requirements are disclosed upfront, Ensure my verification is completed so I may withdraw my balance, and Review whether this casino is legitimately authorized to use the "Trusted by CasinoGuru" label. It takes 4-6 months to get paid by this casino and the only way to get paid is to submit a complaint here.


There is no other way. Everyone who has had an issue with this casino has all reported the same.


Its been almost 4 months for me and after fighting very hard they sent me my first payout. Won $2600. First payout was $1000 over 3 months for one payment.

The best thing you could do is to lower their rating significantly, citing "very slow payments" as a reason.

We already did that, and the casino started to move somehow. We also put warnings for them in every complaint where we see that they don't do enough, so hopefully they really will get better and better. Otherwise, as you said, the safety index will go even lower, unfortunately.

After making Roshteins team adding pressure on them i got quicker answers frome KYC and my account is now verified. Now my withdrawal is pending. We’ll see how long the withdrawal will take.

Yeah you will probably get paid faster if Roshtein talks to them if he advertises them. Im sure he gets them alot of sign ups.

Got my last withdraw today.


Total time it took to get paid was right around 93 days with serious delays, stalling and lying all involved.


I suggest no-one play here. They did this over a measily $2500.


Everyone plays in hopes to get that big life changing hit.


I can promise you this, if you win big here you will not be paid and if somehow you do get paid it will take years of stalling and bs.

Yep. and it continues. New email. after they told me earlier today withdrawal successful. 


"Now they sent me email: withdrawal unsuccessfull due to an issue with the provider. "


If that wasnt enough when i now try to login. ( ive always had autologin and has never had an issue login in) i get this: 


So basically none of their withdrawals methods like bank transfer, back to card doesnt work. and now if you thought it couldnt get any worse i cant even login. (yes, ive tried resetting password and tried to login a thousand times)


ive sent them a email that this is getting redicilous and with my ETH wallet telling them to withdraw my whole balance to my ETH wallet manually. as there is no crypto withdrawal option for me. 


The dragging continues.
