I believe the problem might be because you try to copy + paste the text from somewhere (for example Word document, google translate etc.) into the text box here on the forum instead of writing the text directly. Isn't it possible?

Do you have issues with writing into the text box or are you able to write, but the button for sending the reply doesn't work for you?

Wow! Thanks a lot for the video. Now the most important part begins. We need to try to simulate it. To have the same issue as you do since everything works fine for us. I noticed you had no issues writing here before and then it suddenly started. First of all, could you please try anonymous mode in your browser, log in there and try to write? Then you can try another browser and the 3rd step would be deleting your cookies and cache in your primary browser. I kind of feel the issue might be related to the data stored in your browser

If it won't solve the issue, could you please tell me what kind of browser do you have? Maybe the exact version if you know where to find it? I suppose you're on a computer, right? Could you try to switch to ENGLISH keyboard and try to write something into the text box please?

Our IT guys were able to simulate the same issue as you have. They downloaded some browser plugin for automatic translations from Google and then the text started deleting for themselves as well. If you have such a plugin, try to turn it off. You don't need the translator here, because all the content on the forum is already automatically translated based on the language settings in your profile.

I also noticed that you couldn't get to our website from you email address on mail.ru. It's probably due to restrictions in Russia. It has nothing to do with our website.
