In guru I know the rating depends on being licensed or not, the fairness of T&C and the unresolved complaints which lower the rating. I suppose said casino here has such a low rating because of the amount of unresolved complaints, I have no idea which factors are taken into account to rate a casino in askgamblers but I will suppose they are similar to the ones in guru, in askgamblers every complaint about this casino remain unsolved too. Also, the rating on askgamblers is 7.67. Like I always say, official rating given on any site has no major importance and should always be used as a guide (not to make final decisions), what does matter are the complaints and the user experience, the user's reviews doesn't affect the official rating on any site, complaints do have an effect

Hello, paclmaya! I was asking myself the same question a few times already.

The Jupi Casino is quite an impressive example, and I agree one can feel truly misguided. Keeping that in mind, we aim to present all considered factors and warnings alike on the proper tab called reputation explained:

file

Additional explanations are hidden under the "i" icon.

As SunsetGaze mentioned - good thinking again - the number of unresolved complaints granted the casino many black points that are directly affecting the rating.

I'm not pretty sure how the complaint process works elsewhere, for us, it is a strong source of information we would not normally gain, hence we see any complaint as an opportunity to check the casino's score.

Some penalizations are applied automatically, and some are, on the rather hand a subject of long debates. I can assure you we're constantly trying to evaluate the casino's rating. If we come across severe pieces of evidence, the special call is settled to ensure the score still fits. We always try to reach out to the casinos to present our advice or point of view, so it's not like we decrease the rating without further notice. There are, however, some casinos which already failed to respond, in such cases we may prefer to lower the rating in advance. The thought is quite simple if the casino isn't willing to cooperate it's safer to adjust the rating or add the warning, so players can decide whether they are willing to take a risk. I hope I succeeded in providing an honest explanation 🙂.

It's not easy to find a fair balance while you try to consider all possible effects of your decision, still, we try hard to maintain this reasonable, constant balance.

If you feel I missed something, ask away, please.

That's ok. We're used to criticism. And open to every good suggestion too! 🙂I am actually quite surprised you doubt the AG seriousness, I'm not much familiar with the process, so I could use a few hints - if you don't mind.

Notas ¿Cómo?

I thought you tried some complaints via the AG platform. Hence I asked for a deeper insight. I have never tried that on my own, you see?

Hey, you've written yourself up quite a bit. I'm sorry to hear about your case, because if the casino doesn't want you to take the bonus, I think they shouldn't even email it to you. As for the bonus hunting, they accused you of that just because you took the bonus they sent you ? You didn't get any other information about it ? Quite strange in my opinion.

Anyway, If you are interested, I think that information on the topic of bonus hunting and a guide about it could be quite useful: https://casino.guru/bonus-hunting.

Also, I would like to ask what casino was it if I may know ?

I looked around a bit and found this case. I don't know if this is it, but you can at least confirm: https://casino.guru/betpat-casino-player-s-bonus-winnings-have-been-confiscated-1 because it was quite similar to the situation you described. I haven't had a chance to look into it in detail, but I still resented your situation, even though it was in the past. I hope you will never experience anything like it again and you will have only good experiences.

I just want to say I agree with you. Fairly and plainly stated terms could have prevented that. It is a general issue that players are constantly receiving promotions they can't take. But once the player is allowed to take it, there is not much to discuss afterward. Casino's fault...

I'm sorry if I commented about a different situation, I checked the links just briefly...

I'm not sure who you are answering to; I just want to add that we do not form our own opinion, but our dedicated team collects all the information about each casino and includes it in each review so all the players can see it.

I'm not sure how others work, though.🤷‍♀️

Six6s Casino Site!!!

Scam!! Fraud!! Don't Pay for Winnings!!!

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Six6s. I have been using their site for a long time and have lost a significant amount of money previously. Yesterday, I referred a friend who created an account from his own phone and deposited 1700 BDT. While at my house, he logged into his account on my laptop to play.

Because of his deposit, I received a 600 BDT referral bonus. I worked very hard playing games and managed to turn that 600 BDT into 2700 BDT. When I tried to withdraw a test amount of 600 BDT, they suddenly wiped out my entire balance and made it ZERO!

When I contacted customer support, they rudely accused me of having "Duplicate Accounts." I explained the whole situation—that it was my friend playing on my laptop and even offered to provide:

Live Photos/Videos of me and my friend together.

Full KYC/NID verification for both of us to prove we are two different people.

Proof that the accounts were created on different devices.

What you did with your friend is often part of the Terms and Conditions at casinos, almost without exception. No one else can play at your home because only one account per household/IP address is allowed. When he registered with you, it means that you are both on the same IP address, which is always prohibited by casinos. Also, one device cannot be used for two people to play. So even though it's sad that they took your money, any casino would have done the same.😕
