I signed up with TrueBlue, which then changed to azurehand and now gogo room, and I've deposited heaps and finally won a little and now I'm waiting over 6 weeks and it hasn't even been approved!

My brother on the other hand has been waiting over 10 weeks! So it's getting a little worrying now

To the withdrawal, in which casino did you submit it, please? What was the last information from the casino regarding your withdrawal?

I just fear that if the casino is closed now and the withdrawal has not yet been approved, no one will approve it now. 🤔

The pending withdrawal is from the gogo room. The last information was the same as any other day... it's been noted that you've waited longer than expected, it's been escalated, please be patient and we're sorry for the inconvenience. Same shit, different day.

You start off in True Blue casino and after a win or 2 you get "promoted" to Azure Hand and then after another couple small successes they "VIP" you again to The Gogo Room. But then, as I've just discovered, if you have a win they basically strip you of any privileges, remove ability to use any form of bonus and drag out the withdrawal process that long that you hopefully just give up and go away.

Hello,

I was afraid of this. Seems like the Gogo Room is a VIP room only, no one can directly register there. Furthermore, the True Blue Casino has closed according to our research.

I'd recommend submitting a complaint, at the moment I'm not sure whether it is technically possible to do so in case of a closed casino. I will ask our Complaint Team tomorrow and let you know.

Kindly submit the complaint please (click/tap this link), I was told that you should be able to choose an option that you can't identify the casino, this is the proper way in this case. Because The True Blue is now closed. Kindly explain what has happened, both VIP rooms included. We will try to help you.
