What can Australian and American online gamblers do about RESTRICTIONS?!

So many good casinos and software providers cannot be accessed by those in Australia and America.

When I started out online MicroGaming Casinos NETENT etc were all accessible then all of a sudden there were these harsh geo-blocking occurring where many of the good software cannot be played. Microgaming Netent pulled themselves altogether from the Australian market along with their casinos - some of the most credible I've come across such as SPINCITY.

Meanwhile RTG casinos can do whatever they want along with many AUstralian based online betting casinos such as sportsbet.

There is a common law doctrine: Caveat Emptor: Buyer beware. Then there's another: Volenti nonfit injuria: I consent to my own injury. Of course there's always equity: fairness. These alone do not require Government Acts to police them.

What polices gambling casinos? The stakeholders: The players, casinos, software providers, agents and affiliates and software auditors.

So please Govt restrictions have no leg to stand on. MICROGAMING, NETENT and now Nolimit and Pragmatic Play, grow a backbone and challenge these so call laws. They are not laws, they are Acts.

Noncompliance is the best way to stop these laws and show that they are there to protect the companies that PAY the dirty politicians to stifle competition. Its corruption and these laws are a restraint of trade which goes against Australia's Trade Practices Act!

Would love to hear from MICROGAMING NETENT CASINO GURU etc on how we can stop this rubbish that these laws are for the purpose of protecting gamblers.

If they really want to protect the best interest of gamblers, read gamblers complaints on CASINO GURU and ASKGAMBLERS etc to prosecute blacklisted casino opertors etc. Make sure auditors like ECOGRA are doing there part. Even issue out licences like CURACO.

You know what perhaps CAsINO GUru can set up an independent gambling body that not only safeguards the INTEGRITY of the online gaming industry but also can justify to The Australian Govt that it can rightfully handout casino licences. Local councils in Australia are unconstittional "governments." In other words they are merely corporations with delegated powers given to them to may 'BY-LAWS" AND REGULATIONS. They can do the same for Casino Guru. 😉

Imagine casinos licenced by Australian Onliner Gambling Regulators: CASINO GURU. Much better than CURACO?... wHAT WHERE THE HECK IS THAT? ITS A GIMMICK RIGHT? TOOTHLESS TIGER... What service does it provide for gamblers?

Hello there.

I feel I'm going to disappoint you now because we deal with fairness, and questions of law enforcement or legal restrictions are too complicated and diverse across the Globe. 🙁.

Thus, you won't get a legal-based answer from me.

Instead, you may be interested in getting familiar with the Casino Guru Fair Gambling Codex, which summarizes our approach to questions of fairness and safety:
