We always recommend to wait for 2 weeks. If you still haven't received it, then you can consider submitting a complaint. Is it your first withdrawal in the casino? Have you managed to verify your account?
No it is not my first. It was my second one. The first one take about an hour. The they took my VIP status for some reason. So that took away my withdraw options. I still have not received my winnings. I did cancel one of the request but I still have one request for 2500 that was requested on 4-17-23. How do I file a complaint?

Yes that is correct. When they took my VIP status it took my Coinbase withdraw option. Away.
now they have approved half of the request for $1250 and denied the other half.
Have you been explained why half of the sum is gone? 🤔
