what information did you provide so they could find the transactions? I paid Apple Pay so not sure what card number last 4 digits to provide as with Apple Pay the card details are different

Really interesting thread. I didn’t realise how common these disguised transactions were until reading this. Makes sense that some casinos might try to mask merchant codes, but it’s worrying how little oversight there seems to be from banks or card networks. Thanks to everyone who shared real examples — learned something new here

Transactworld will not issue me a refund because the payments were taken in May 2024 and past the 180 day refund window.
