I have done through Revolut. The merchant did not object to it so after 50 days I got my money back. I am waiting for second, they have until the 14th to give me the results. So basically I was using hellspin, and i have deposited a lot. I made sure the account was verified first si I have sent them all needed info. When I won quite a bit around 40k and requested withdrawal they didn’t accept it, asking for more documents, they asked for confirmation of deposit I didn’t make so I have done ale the screenshots and also the message from my VIP manager who stated in the e-mail that he understands why i have raised chargeback 😅 this one I will find out on the 14th if there is a positive outcome. Though it was accepted by Revolut and passed to MasterCard.
