The report focuses on the unlicensed online casino brand MyStake and its associated network of sister sites, operated through entities including Santeda International B.V. and Ryker B.V. Despite being registered and licensed offshore, the investigation finds that the network’s core technical infrastructure, operational control, and day-to-day management are concentrated in Georgia through the Upgaming / Inplaynet ecosystem.
