Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Tengo la misma pregunta. Estoy disputando los cargos diciendo que "no se ha entregado el producto", pero me los cancelan diciendo que he sido yo el que ha aceptado el cargo a través del sistema de seguridad. Algún consejo?

If its revolut its cause they work with the scammers, no doubt they are the acquiring bank for a lot of these transactions. They stall, lie and misinform. They cancel chargebacks and change to fraud so they can decline based on authorisation.

Es justamente lo que me ha pasado. Además de cancelar mis disputas, muchas otras las categorizan ellos directamente como fraude (cuando yo las he categorizado como producto no entregado) y automáticamente las cancelan. Qué se puede hacer ante esto? He conseguido recuperar algún cargo, pero me quedan muchísimos por recuperar por desgracia…
