I situations like this, I find it sometimes helps to make up a few email addresses and see if they bounce back. Eg....
Sales@.......
Info@
Customerservice@
Complaints@
Management@
Admin@
etc. etc. etc.

Desperate addicts will do desperate things, sadly. And yes, this does sometimes include depositing large sums of money at shady casinos.
I can tell you, from bitter personal experience that many of these unlicensed sites will not pay out if you win big.
I'm quite happy to lose money at well regulated and fair casinos and would never dream of charging back those transactions.
You should probably ask yourself why these unlicensed sites don't apply for a UK gambling commission license. If they're all so above board and great, it shouldn't be a problem, right?

And your also leaving out the fact that many of these Curacao casinos are scams with manipulated spins, with little to none rtp. Its a systematic drain on the balance with no chance to win.

Hello,
I have gone through som older bank statements and noticed that deposits i’ve made with credit card to a few betting/casino websites with a Curaçao license just show random company names in countries like Kenya, Nigeria etc that barely show up when I google them.
The deposits themselves were successful,but normally, my bank should’ve rejected these transactions If they had the merchant category code 7995.
My suspicion is that the gambling websites have tried to bypass bank restrictions by making it look like i’m buying e.g clothes and something like that.
My question is - is this even allowed under the Curacao license or in general? And would it be a valid complaint to raise, or will they just ignore this?

it is not that you would never dream to chargeback UK licensed bookie - you WILL NOT BE ABLE to do that! because payment flow matches with their operations completely.
UK gambling commission is a gang that doesn't allow foreign casinos to get in, Roobet is not able to get that license ever, Stake got kicked out from there recently, these are major operators with cleanest reputation where I play for years. They withdraw millions every day, do you think they don't want to get on UK gambling license?
But somehow you and your chargeback guys prefer still foreign operators. You know why? Cause they are nicer, more fun games available, support is more flexible, they are not corporate style casinos like UK licensed, where they don't update game stock for years.
And at the same time you are ABLE to free run and process your fraud actions towards those operators, playing with house edge and do free run bets.
This is the reason all these people deposit in those casinos and crying here for chargeback, nobody in good mind would deposit in low rating bookie such a sums and later trying to chargeback.
You should ask yourself Why wouldn't you stick with UK licensed operator then?

UK licensed chargeback will lead to investigation from bank, cause casino will provide all logs of deposits and bets. You will get on blacklist of UKGC, Cifas and plus you will get on collection with interest on top cause it is 100% regulated, you are well aware of it, this is the reason you prefer foreign operators vs UK licensed ones. It will lead to bad consequences, while taking advantage and doing fraud with foreign operators will provide you free run bets - this is the exact reason why all these people play with house edge of foreign operators and ruining fair players community and increasing prevention practices at those bookies.
And you are well aware of it, this is clear fraud!
