Artstrid and Finnart didn’t respond/Finnart said to Chase no contest. Artstrid deadline was meant to be 27th but has gone in today.

Chase just update via the app, I do wonder if my behaviour by doing GDPR/copying in authorities helped or if they were just low totals all in on Chase was £625 across 11 transactions.

This is in addition to incorrect MCC received a while back on Barclaycard

That happened to me as well the bank said they could not recover the bank transfers sadly I got a massive amount back on card though I know what you mean all common sense goes out the window when gambling

Ok that seems a lot easier to check than my bank I just wait on them calling or chase up last time it was about two weeks after the 45 days before they called will see what happens next week I suppose !

Yes I want to chargeback as no goods have been received, I have purchased digital art and the delivery date is meant to be within 5 minutes (terms state this art and Finn) I have no details as the screen was blank after paying therefore please chargeback.

Yeah if no response then you win and they cannot challenge after, they would have to pursue you directly which will not happen as they are criminals. I would imagine they expect to write some losses off as loads of people don’t challenge them so they will still be massively up, and they do act legally in some countries so they will make money regardless.

Thing is as well some will keep playing so they just bank on that, I do think if you get banks to raise it’s almost a 100% win chance it’s rare they challenge speculator MCC code or if you just be a pest and message them with all the authorities in non stop

My casino account manager just emailed me saying they were notified about my disputes. I already messaged them (before opening the disputes) so many times and they just ignored me saying they can't refund me because i used the credits. Shall i ask them for a deal or shall i continue with the dispute?

By the way... My account was blocked on their website. Tried to reopen my account and it's showing my account is already active 🙂)

Just imagine i begged them back in 2022 to ban my account due to my gambling addiction and it was not possible 😁

I noticed the ones playing the £10000 etc bonus they are all different after a while its new ones probs because they do not get paid out or have to withdraw a small bit each week once your losing that is it they have got you on the hook chasing I have been very fortunate if I have managed to win them all which is looking to be the case but I have learned a big lesson from it all and never again !

I lost more than £30K on one card. At my request, i terminated that card. Now i have no access to my bank statements and i was thinking if the casino is making me an offer for all my deposits like 60-70%...

Ok if you only cancelled the card you should still be able to access the account if the chargebacks are already raised they are contacting you as they know they will lose them its your call if you think they will make a good offer and want to take it
