Well they have came back on them and the bank has asked for details from them so I would say so the rest were all won easily

I don’t know if yours is the same - so I raised the chargeback and got the initial refund then the company contested on the last day - so my bank has taken it pre arb which lasts 30 days (my final date is the 14th) so I said initially I didn’t recognise the merchant and didn’t recieve any goods from the merchant - they came back and said that they did - so I provided more information to the bank and raised it now under incorrect mcc - so just waiting to see what they come back with 🤷♀️ I’m not sure if I done it the right way or not or what the outcomes gunna be but so far I’ve heard nothing back

I didn’t say that I bought anything - I said I bought nothing from that merchant and I don’t recognise the payments (don’t know if I should have done that) cause they contested and said I did make purchases with them - so that’s when my bank has now started pre arb with incorrect mcc
