I've emailed weeks ago and they are not emailing back now so I've gone through chargeback process now.

They said they couldn’t find my transactions so I sent statements back that said wbmsc and said here they are and I’ll be explaining to the banks you’ve changed your name to freshbet. I will be deleting my posts soon as don’t like leaving them on here

The email exodus1 used is definitely confirmed as they refunded last night and it’s the only email I’ve used and have not chargebacked

You are definitely lucky to have been refunded direct! I'm hoping I can get the same outcome.
Funniest part is, I never wouldve found them, nor would anyone else have been able to, if the idiots didnt charge my card for £5 using their real website name! How stupid
