Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. How did people get refunds in the past from MasterCard and Visa did you email them to say you were using these casinos or did they know automatically? I'm thinking about emailing MasterCard.

You can't contact them directly is the rule in the main. I made contact with Mastercard eventually through multiple teams in the US and finally filled a contact form to whistleblow on merchants.

Chargeback raised. One month later merchant disputed the chargeback. Revolut accepted the merchant proof. This is the invoice provided by merchant.

You should ask for email confirmation sent from the merchant on the date of the transaction. This is standard practice for any online company.

The merchant stated that my email (real email used in the chargeback claim) is not registered on their website. They saying that the fake email (fabricate) does not exist name@schinnercartwright.biz

I asked Revolut to challenge the merchant and provide the logs

If the fake address does not exist and the real one is not registered, how can someone log in their account?
