They are so annoying , they dont review anything at all, and their answer is always the same "its final" even if you use Mastercard and visas own policy against them..


And its impossible to escalate further, i tried everything, contacting their bank by letter (they didnt even open the letter, got it back after some weeks)

It just says "Unclaimed"

Contacted Revolut and their bank again by email, about why the letter was ignored with attached pictures of the returned letter, they dont even answer and i never knew why.


This was many months ago.

I have transactions with these, they ignore emails, contacted them on Facebook, they read and ignored and than I rang them, they answered and said would look at emails, but since they ignore me now!

Yeah I’ve noticed man sites have phone numbers at the bottom of their page but whenever I phone them it’s always the same person who answers and claims to have nothing to do with the company and hangs up

One of my banks have replied. Before they can raise chargebacks they want to know what casino it was and if I used the funds deposited 🥲


Think theyre missing the point that these sites are scammers

FOS went in my favour and told Revolut they had to pay me for 6 transactions that they refused to chargeback and also 8% on top


I wish I’d have complained to them about more payments now. It’s taken over 8 weeks so far and they still have another week until they have to pay me

Sorry I don't. Hope echosyntex are as quick to refund you. I think I sent the email then it was day or two later had all these bank notifications when I woke up with all transactions paid refunded

Just had email from CLMNT to say that do not deal with third parties and do not give refunds etc so need to go through the bank
