Hi I have transactions with both of those merchants you mentioned around £1k with ZPDG.. honestly they do not respond at all, I’ve emailed them multiple times, also reached out to Joakim Hultin which is co founder, he actually blocked me on Facebook! I’ve sent a formal complaint to intergiro which provides them Visa cards, I’m not that hopeful they will do anything though. I don’t even know how to contact BP. Everyone’s in the same boat here and honestly this process is slow and time consuming but don’t give up!

Hi all,


I filed a dispute against TERRVERS about a month ago. My bank has sent me a letter today advising TERRVERS are disputing my claim and won’t refund me. They’ve provided the bank with some made up rubbish about me having bought skins, providing my name, IP, email etc.


My bank have said that TERRVERS have told them I didn’t contact them,but that I can provide further information and they will make a second request on my behalf.


To be honest I am finding this all overwhelming, would anyone be able to advise how to proceed at this point? Does anyone have contact details for TERRVERS or know what I should do now they’re disputing my chargeback?

I've not used any of those casinos you have mentioned so it's hard to give advice on them always worth an email explaining your on GameStop and used their site see what they say. Good luck 🤞🏻

Also bit of advise with monzo, from my experience do not mention gambling, goods/services not received was more successful in raising chargebacks. I mean you could test the waters going wrong mcc code you might be lucky but perhaps raise just a single transaction or your lowest amount out of the merchants. If that fails then use the goods/services not received route but obviously you'd need to contact merchants first and play them at their own game.

I don't think they are contactable. No one seems to have found contact information for them.

Oh right well surely the banks can see there's no info on the net it's disgusting how they use that as an excuse when they have deliberately kept themselves secret amazing what lengths they go to.

No I couldn’t find any information about them and I told my bank this.


I did contact other merchants such as WEBMOSAIC but they just advised to file chargebacks.


I've been truthful with my bank and told them all the chargebacks are gambling related.


TERRVERS are the first (and let’s be honest, probably not the last) to dispute my chargeback.

I was thinking of going down the route of a subject access request but there doesn’t appear to be a website in the evidence which they provided the bank?

I asked the casino for mine around 28th of Feb the casino didn't comply they told me I had 24 hours only to look at my transactions on my account but I tried multiple times all through the day to log on and I was surprised surprised blocked still.

Could you not try asking your bank to request the website details from tervvers directly? Also you want the email address? If the bank has communication with them surely they can assist in helping

Yeah I was blocked by the casino as soon as I complained so there’s no chance of that..! I was thinking the website but contacting my bank to see if they can provide the web address / email
