A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Banks use the term money transfer. Commonly known as a bank transfer. Obviously not a card payment. Mastercard/visa chargeback rules don't apply to money transfers so can't chargeback. Sepa is used for money transfers yes but typically for Euro transactions where most of these merchants are located.

Oh I see, thank you. I didn’t know Nikotpf or Elegro were listed as merchants for bank transfers, all mine were to Falcora Finance and a few card transactions to those aforementioned merchants (although this is just the Santeda sites I’m talking about).

So basically i could email niko technologies and use that email with their reply to chargeback? Payments went to nikotpf zenit marketing from my mastercard credit card.

Well you'd need to email zenith marketing also. Niko Technologies acts as the technical provider for the merchants thats why you see Nikotpf at the beginning followed by the payment processor. I don't have experience with Zenith. Mine were Nikotpf*elegro.eu . But elegro were good enough to initiate the refunds after making them aware of the situation and contacting the bank. Not all merchants are this cooperative. If you are sure they were card payments send them both emails and take that proof back to your bank to raise a chargeback. I'd go goods not received personally but you'd need to find out what zenith are selling.

I emailed both Elegro and nikotpf as have nikotpf with 3 different merchants after it -pixelpay solutions, concord market and faq solutions. When emailing Elegro came back with usually response you are not our customer and to contact nikotpf, after eventually getting a response from nikotpf they have said they are just the payment processor for the merchants and to go through my bank which I can't as all transactions were over 120 days ago mainly June to November last year.

But judging by the 3 merchants you've mentioned.. elegro wasn't even included. So obviously elegro have nothing to do with it.

You need to be contacting pixelpay, concord and faq. If elegro were involved you'd see elegro attached to nikotpf* but by the sounds of it the 3 you mentioned doesn't include elegro. So forget about elegro.

I contacted Elegro when I found out they were linked to nikotpf. The merchants I can't find contact details for.

Yeah merchants have no contact details. All registered at the same address in london with polish owners. 0 contact details

There will be contact details somewhere. Try finding out who the holding bank company is through your bank. Ask specifically for any intermediary or correspondent banks involved. Perhaps request a MT103 if money gone to a different country.

Has anyone done chargebacks with Skrill?

Anonymized916
hace 8 meses

Yes but the banks ask how you came about purchasing from them so if there's no actual website to buy from and you cant see on your statement what it is they are saying you bought then it doesn't add up either.

Anonymized916

That's not correct Elegro and Niko are both linked.

Waldo1984

I know that but elegro isn't on her statement so how would that work?

Waldo1984
hace 8 meses

Yeah this. One on my statement main one is KYcoin. They sell coin I think. Which I think they would cover themselves as it shows me buying coin but it’s then being transferred straight over to the gaming site.

It's worth a try other people who didn't have Elegro and only Niko on their statements have said they got refunded via Elegro.

Waldo1984

Fair enough i must have missed that. So perhaps ask whoever was successful going down that route. Ive not seen anything on here regarding it though. Only when elegro was directly on the transactions

Anonymized916

I could have it mixed up but when I first asked who we contacted for Niko it was always said to be Elegro because Niko didn't have an email at the beginning not that I could find but Ive come across it now and they are just as cooperative as Elegro anyway.

Waldo1984

I've been through it all with niko and elegro already a couple months back when i contacted them both. So can only speak of my own experience. And I've been fully refunded. But my transactions clearly identified both companies Nikotpf*elegro.eu. they didnt show Nikotpf*pixel Nikotpf*zenith etc. Perhaps worth asking Niko-technologies.eu for these companies contact details worth a shot.

I have been chargedback by saying I purchased digital coins from coinshop but I didn't receive the goods. Fully refunded again. I swear it's how you approach the situation and portray yourself. I see so many people on here go in all guns blazing the banks probably turn their backs up to such situations.
