Could I just check if Revolut should be accepting the MCC miscoding or if you still need to say goods not received? I got them raised as incorrect MCC but then Revolut closed them all before even sending to the merchants. They closed them for some ludicrous reason related to them being gambling as I mentioned the unlicensed gambling element and not sure if that’s where I tripped up. Thanks in advance and sorry for the silly questions, it’s just most of my transactions were bank transfers but I’ve yet to be able to get a chargeback successfully raised with Revolut for the few card losses I do have. 😩

So initially yes I did raise with gambling and I didn't go to much depth with coding but I did say something they was closed down within hours.


Re raise as no goods service ! Don't mention gambling they will throw the Mastercard rules book at you. If they are not able re raised due to saying on the transcaction ' dispute declined 'find one that's not been raised and then go chat and get them to raise the rest for you. Xx
