Also to add please everyone weigh up the risks of going these routes, if you are VISA I would say do it under 12.7 and literally copy my email or reach out to me for all the attachments and the other emails that are too big to share on here.

Hello, I have not seen that before, but I'm assuming we are explaining to players that even though we are in an affiliate relationship with the casino, as you can see, the rating can be quite low because the relationshipdoes not affect the Safety index.

The same goes for what you call "legality." The casino is not illegal; however, I understand that players from highly regulated markets perceive any casino lacking their specific license as illegal in their country. Therefore, you can always verify the current license on the same page and base your decision accordingly.

As you can also see on the screenshot, it says "unlicensed in UK"—that's specific information for specific countries to ensure you would know about that. You see, the problem is that we know how many UK based players have no other option than to play in unlicensed casinos, so we prefer not to hide all the UKGC ulicensed casinos like the licensing authority prefers but to show all the information, because in the end of the day, even though the UKGC tries to protect its excluded players when they have no one else to turn to, how could they verify promotions popping up in various places if we all hide every unlicensed entry? So basically we prefer informing instead of hiding. It is a complicated issue, and I understand that opinions will always differ.

Its impossible to access gambling sites that fall outside the UK’s legal jurisdiction, as legitimate operators automatically block UK users with jurisdiction-based warnings. However, many Curaçao-based operators deliberately fail to implement these standard access restrictions. This is highly misleading and can create the false impression that they are licensed by the UKGC. These operators are fully aware their actions breach regulatory expectations, yet they prioritise profit over compliance - a hallmark of fraudulent behaviour.

All points which are covered in my posts linking back to the gambling act. I do wonder if there is any breach from Casino Guru on advertising them following on from this:

Marketing or Promoting Illegal Gambling – Also Illegal.

Section 330 and 331 of the Gambling Act prohibit advertising unlawful gambling. This includes affiliates, influencers, or anyone promoting these sites in the UK.
